Your Smile is Your Logo

“Your smile is your logo, your personality is your business card, how you leave others feeling after having an experience with you becomes your trademark”

Teresa sent me this quote today and I fell in love with it. Not only because it is more than true, but because the ladies of Grand Ideas know it all too well.

Grandee Ray started Grand Ideas back in 2001 and have touched the lives of many in the Charleston community. Her passion and dedication for this company drives and inspires the rest of us to work hard and have fun. She has an energy that cannot be touched and a warm heart and bright smile that lights up a room. She is truly an amazing woman to work for. It suits her well to run a creative self-promoting and branding company. The way that she leaves others feeling after having an experience with them has become her trademark.

Teresa Dunlap is not only the Director of Operations, but Grandee’s right hand woman. I have watched her almost predict what Grandee will do or say next and does an amazing job assisting her. Every one of our clients has fallen in love with Teresa and her charismatic personality makes it hard not to. Even on her bad days, Teresa gets her work done and makes sure the client is always satisfied.

This quote rings true to us here because Grandee and Teresa not only have the smile and personalities for this industry, but have a way of dealing with clients that is unmatched. They work hard and it’s not surprise why Grand Ideas is going on its 16th year of business.
